Deposits
We have two methods of depositing, which are Credit/ Debit and Bitcoin.
- Credit/ Debit: Visa and MasterCard are our prominent payment processors for credit cards.
- Bitcoin: We Accept Bitcoins as a type of deposit method. You can always use any Bitcoin Wallets for Bitcoin transactions.
Step 1: Choose either MasterCard or Visa from the ‘Credit / Debit Cards’ selection.
Step 2: In the first line of ‘Card Payment Details,’ type in the full name as it appears on the card and account holder.
Step 3: In the second line, type in the complete card number. Do not include dashes nor spaces.
Step 4: In the third line, type in the CVV number. This number is the 3-digit number located on the back of your card. These three digits authenticate your card and protect you from possible fraud.
Step 5: Use the two drop-downs to select the expiration date of the card.
Step 6: Type in the amount you would like to deposit. The minimum amount for a Credit/ Debit deposit is $35.00. The maximum amount is $1,000.
Step 7: Please confirm or add a billing address in the next section before processing the transaction.
Step 8: Click on ‘Proceed’ to make your deposit.
The first thing you’ll need in order to use Bitcoin is a Bitcoin wallet. A Bitcoin wallet is an online account that allows you to send and receive Bitcoins. There are many Bitcoin wallets you can choose from, but if you’re just starting out we recommend sites like Coinbase.com, Coinmama.com, or Paxful.com. Fees and restrictions differ depending on the website you choose for your wallet.
Once you have your Bitcoin wallet set up, you can proceed to exchange money for Bitcoins. You can purchase Bitcoin from many different websites that offer it, such as Blockchain.info.
- The card could be blocked for international transactions
- If it is a pre-paid card it may be restricted to domestic use only
- Card may be flagged due to fraudulent activity (stolen, blacklisted, etc.)
- Insufficient funds
- Invalid card information
- The wrong cryptocurrency was chosen (we only use the common Bitcoin currency)
- Transaction timeout reached. This can be due to a few reasons: Bitcoin address expired, Bitcoin address transaction stuck, or the Bitcoin address is incorrect.

Withdrawals
A transaction with a Bitcoin payout works the same way as a Bitcoin deposit. Once we have your Bitcoin address (which is generated from your Bitcoin wallet) we can simply transfer your funds to your wallet. You can then either use that Bitcoin credit for future transaction or sell them on a Bitcoin exchanger (like Blockchain.info) for ‘regular’ currency like dollars.
Bitcoin limits and restrictions are:- Min: $100, Max: $2,000 and a fee of upto $50 is applicable on withdrawals.
- Payouts using Bitcoin usually take 48 – 72 hours to be approved and processed. Once process, it can take 4 - 7 business days to reach your wallet.
Bank Checks limits and restrictions are:
Min: $200, Max: $2,000 and has a minimum $50 Fee.
Checks may involve bank processing expenses and overnight fees. Due to this, the minimum amount for withdrawal is $200. Because these checks are sent securely by courier, they will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Payouts take 48 – 72 hours to be approved and processed. Checks will arrive in 7 – 10 business days after processing, and are sent only to the address we have on file for your account.
Bank Wire limits and restrictions are:
Min $500, Max: $2000 and has a minimum $50 Fee.
The minimum allowed for withdrawal through Wire Transfer is $500. The fee attached to this process is deducted from the withdrawn amount.
Payouts take 48 - 72 hours to be approved and processed. Bank wires can take 7 – 10 business days to reach your bank account after processing.
Special requirements for wire transfer withdrawals may apply. Please contact your casino host for details and information on being paid by wire.

If you have been depositing via Credit Card or Debit Card we will need:

Copy of the completed Credit Card Authorization Form (click on the link below to print out the form).
Get Credit Card Agreement Form - Copy of your identification card, passport or driver’s license. (Front and back of Driver’s License)
- Copy of Utility Bill to verify Mailing Address.
- Copy of Debit or Credit Card used to make your deposit. (Front and Back)
If you have been depositing via Bitcoin ONLY then we will only need:
- Copy of your identification card, passport or driver’s license. (Front and back of Driver’s License)
- Copy of Utility Bill to verify Mailing Address.
*All play though requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
